Bookmark on Content and Index page?

1. How can i add bookmark on contant and Index page?
2. How can i have my customize name (my name or company name) on the top of the menubar, instead of "FlipAlbum Vista Suite"?
3. How can i cuztomize page numbers? I want to start page number 1, after thumbnai, content and introduction.

Can someone help me?

The Overview, Contents and Index pages can not be bookmarked.

The "FlipAlbum Vista Suite" on top of the toolbar can not be replaced with a custom name. It can be removed on the album display by going to 'View' on the toolbar and on the dropdown menu, remove the check mark at 'Window Frame'. The 'Window Frame' can be returned by clicking the 'Window' icon that will be shown in the upper right of the display. The toolbar can be removed on the same dropdown menu, and is returned when clicking the same 'Window' icon.

Page numbering is set by the program. You can customise the numbers at 'Options' on the toolbar, 'Set Book Options' and the 'Display' tab.
