Flipalbum.exe does not run

Hello,
I am a long time registered user of Flipalbum. I have been using the fa60suite (v.2.3.94.0) for may years constantly on a desktop computer with OS WindowsXP SP3. From some cause or another I am now unable to run the file "flipalbum.exe, v.6.0.3.342". I have tried to repair or remove and re-install the Fa60suite, but flipalbum.exe would not run. Downloading a new fa60suite and then un-installing and re-installing did not help. Please comment and help me.

OS:WindowsXP SP3.
RAM: 2GB
Antivirus: AVG free
Firewall: Online Armor
